Step1:
Find the email sent to you by the diyAudio store after your purchase has been shipped out. Below is a sample.
Step 2:
After clicking on the indicated link within the email, you are taken to the tracking page which will give you access to your RMA.
Step 3:
Download and print the RMA label (see sample below). The RMA label contains a unique number that is required to process your returned merchandise.
