Aleph J Transistor Kit
Included in this kit are the semiconductors needed to complete an Aleph J amplifier, with the exception of the input JFETs, which can be sourced separately through the store. MOSFETs were matched in accordance with standard operating conditions. This is enough transistors for 2 channels (one stereo amplifier).

Tuve que pedir este kit de transistores para aleph J porque, en un error a la hora de sustituir los condensadores de 1uf una de las PCB de mi aleph J, probablemente hice un mal contacto en alguna parte y uno de los jfet se dañó provocando un pequeño ruido a la salida. Ahora, y después de sustituirlos todos (creo que es lo correcto) vuelve a sonar como siempre, excelente.

All the devices worked. I measured the Vgs of the IRF240 and they were well matched between 3.45V and 3.49V. However, not sure about the transconductance as near equal drain currents did not a result with the Aleph J even though the source resistors were close tolerance. By trying varying combinations I eventually matched currents within 5%. Very pleased with the Aleph J performance.
