Expected Delivery Window

Each shipping method has its own Expected Delivery Window (EDW). See the EDW for USA, CA, and Rest of World.

Your package will be considered lost if there has been no tracking update for the number of business days specified in the EDW.

  • Before the window has passed your package is considered in-transit
  • After the window has passed we can ship you a replacement
