Shipping Prices and Estimated Delivery Times

Chassis and accessory orders shipping from Italy will ship via FedEx. Products shipping from our domestic warehouse will have the option to choose a shipping method.

Standard Order Processing

Orders placed prior to at 5AM EST Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will typically ship the next business day.

Learn how to order now but have your order automatically held until you advise us to ship it.

Modifying an Existing Order

Our payment and ordering process is fully automated. Generally, once payment is received, we cannot modify orders. However, in rare circumstances we can add or delete items from an order. Additional manual processing fees may be assessed.

    Order Tracking

    You will be emailed tracking information as soon as it is available. If you create an account you can sign in to your account to view the tracking status of all your orders.

    Packaging

    All orders are packaged appropriately and we guarantee they will arrive in good condition or you will receive a replacement. See Refunds Policy for more information.

    Electronics related technical support

    While we pride ourselves on outstanding customer service when it comes to order related matters, our helpdesk staff are not trained electrical engineers and won't be able to help much with technical electronics questions. For questions requiring a deep understanding of electronics please post in the appropriate diyAudio community forum.
