Included in this kit are the semiconductors needed to complete an F-5T V1 or V2 amplifier, with the exception of the input JFETs, which can be sourced separately through the store. MOSFETs matched in accordance with F5T V1 operating conditions. This is enough transistors for 2 channels (one stereo amplifier).

Please note: the numbers on the MOSFETs are ID numbers only, and are not related to their measurements nor their matching. The obsolete 2SC4793 and 2SA1837 have been replaced with TIP31 and TIP32 respectively with no difference in performance or package.

DIY audio F5 mosfets

Have not wired these up yet but can say they came superbly packed....clearly plenty of care and attention....has been paid to that aspect....I suspect the same care and attention went to part picking and matching.....so for Mosfets.....I think all is good.
